Excellent little hotel right in the middle of Oita, just a 3 minute walk from the Shotengai (covered shopping street). The room was a standard size for a Japanese hotel. Very comfortable and lots of small amenities and details were taken care of (as is the norm in Japanese hotels).

Room was more spacious than I expected. The beds were comfy. It has all the essentials you need for a short stay. Each guest gets one coffee and one sparking wine as welcome drinks. Close to a shopping street and station was a short walk. Lovely lobby for people to chill and read a book.

welcoming and friendly staff, accommodating of our limited Japanese skills. welcome drinks complimentary compact but very nice room modern (our stay was excellent value for money on a booking.com deal)

I liked the free welcome drink in the lobby as well as the overall facilities. Many amenities were available for me although as soon as I got to my room I passed out! Many little cool bars in the area walking distance from the hotel!

We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. It's ideally located, close to the station, my son's apartment and decent restaurants and bars. Coffee, tea and other amenities are available in reception

Maybe not very modern, but really good, fine breakfast with huge selection, and a lot of restaurants around... Rating 7,7 is too strict... I find it better, room is a bit smaller, but ok

Staffs were very nice. They were ready to help and answer our questions. The hotel surrounded with restaurants, shopping street and convenience stores. Welcome drink was a plus :)

I booked at the very last minute at a rather cheap price and the quality went beyond my expectations. They even served us a welcoming drinks which is really nice.

Very value for money. It has good facilities and the affiliated parking just opposite the hotel n it allows multi entry!
